A Black County family home in Willenhall is set to go under the hammer at Bond Wolfe Auction’s next auction later this month.
The three-bedroomed house at 65 Lowry Close is currently available on Residential People, and will be one of the major draws of the October 23rd auction at Villa Park stadium.
The property has gas-fired central heating and UPVC double glazing as well as front and back garden.
In addition to 65 Lowry Close, the 120-lot auction will also include a two-bedroomed, semi-detached bungalow at 180 Warstones Road in the sought-after Wolverhampton suburb of Penn, which has a guide price of £25,000.
Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe Auctions, said: “While both homes may require some modernisation, the low price tags are likely to fire up some ferociously competitive bidding when they go under the hammer.
“Both these properties offer huge potential, and I foresee strong interest from both young couples looking for a bargain first home and from property investors looking for their next project.
“Our recent auctions have attracted huge interest and proved highly successful, with a high rate of sales. Properties like these will only add to the popularity of our auctions.”
Bond Wolfe Auctions’ next sale will take place at the Holte Suite at Aston Villa Football Club’s Villa Park stadium.
