Residential People has learned that the multi-billion-valued global project developer Skanska is set to deliver a fit-out of a new luxury residential scheme in London
Targeting the high-end Knightsbridge rental market, the luxury Knightsbridge Gardens forms a significant part of the redevelopment of £159 million mixed-use The Knightsbridge Estate.
The fit-out, which is being conducted on behalf of The Olayan Group who own the £24m-valued apartments, began in September and is due to finish at the end of 2022.
Skanska has said that the scope of their work includes the communal areas, a club room, as well as hard and soft landscaping for an internal courtyard garden located on the second floor.
John Crawley, Operations Director at Skanska, commented: “After extensive work at Knightsbridge that has involved the challenges of maintaining the development’s heritage, while delivering something fit for the 21st century, we are delighted that we will be working with our customer to fit-out these apartments and showcase our residential expertise.”
