Principle Estate Management has secured another contract to manage a set of luxury homes in Shropshire.
With a total of 250 homes, the site now known as Leighton Park, was once a 19th-century hospital and is a Grade II-listed building.
Principle won the contract to manage the 126-apartment, 59-house development from expert restoration and property redevelopers, Shropshire Homes, after residents were unhappy with the previous managing agents’ performance.
Commenting on the deal, Brett Williams, managing director of Principle said: “I’ve known Shropshire Homes for many years having originally been introduced by one of our freeholder clients, and I’m impressed at their painstaking refurbishment of these substantial 19th-century buildings.
“This is one of those properties that puts a smile on your face when you drive on to [the] site.”
