Principle Secure Major Developments Across England

The UK’s fastest-growing residential estate management business, Principle Estate Management (Principle), has announced a major new contract to manage a series of sites across England.

Principle is set to manage 13 sites from one of the UK’s biggest asset managers of leasehold properties, Estates & Management Ltd (E&M) across six English regions.

The new contracts will involve Principle taking over from seven different managing agents following a review by E&M.

Commenting on the contract, Principle’s Managing Director, Brett Williams (featured image), said: “I have worked with E&M since 2001, and it is fantastic to have this longstanding relationship continue.

“Our mobilisation team are managing the handovers from previous agents and our property management team led by Principle’s operations manager, Ian Smallman, are visiting all the new sites and residents. I am certain they will soon settle into management at these developments.”

The 13 sites include Briarswood in Biddulph, Staffordshire; Allinson Court in Kings Lynn, Norfolk; Stoneleigh and The Strand, both in Leicester; and Thraves Place in Radcliffe-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire.

Other sites include Harbour Crescent in Portishead, Somerset; Cooksey Road and Minster Drive in Small Heath, Birmingham; While Court, Marina Court and While Road in Sutton Coldfield; Mercia House in Ashford, Surrey; Clements Way in Liverpool; and Stafford Street, Bedminster.

Emma Graham, portfolio manager at E&M, said: “We have an important role as custodians of the developments in which our leaseholders or their tenants live. It is our policy to employ firms that are comprised of experienced property professionals with technical, compliance and leading customer service skills who our leaseholders and we have confidence in.

“We are assured that Principle meets all these requirements and look forward to seeing them in action.”
