Principle Estate Management has today announced the appointment of a new member to their team as the business continues to go from strength to strength.
New hire Adam Kightley brings more than six years’ experience to the customer service team, starting his property career at CPBigwood in 2014.
Adam will report to Principle’s customer services manager Michelle Cox; commenting on his appointment, Mrs Cox said: We’re delighted to have appointed Adam who really understands great customer service, and he will quickly become a real asset to us.
“He has a growing knowledge of the property sector as an Associate of the Institute of Residential Property Management, and he will use his skills to provide a key role to support our property managers.
“Principle is continuing to recruit staff at nearly one person per month to match its fantastic growth, and I’m confident that Adam will help me to ensure our customer service remains the best for our clients.”
Adam joins only weeks after the firm revealed the appointment of Matt Hill (pictured right) in a newly-created role as full-time Property Inspector within the Property Inspection team.
Principle Estate Management was launched in 2018 by Brett Williams, who was previously the head of residential property management at CPBigwood and a past-chairman of ARMA.
