New 32 Apartment Birmingham Development Virtually Sold Out

A new 32 apartment development in one of Birmingham’s most sought after locations has virtually sold out, months ahead of its completion date.

Billed as “Birmingham’s hottest new address”, Elevate Property Group’s £10 million development, Assay Lofts, has attracted vast amounts of attention with only one duplex apartment remaining.

Overlooking St Paul’s Square, Assay Lofts in Charlotte Street features a mix of one, and two-bedroom apartments and has “flown out the door” according to Sales and Marketing Director David Hofton.

Commenting on the last remaining unit,(a two-bedroom, two-bathroom duplex with a host of luxury features,) David proclaimed: “It is a delightful apartment which sits on the corner of the development overlooking the square and provides 1,151 sq ft of accommodation with a ten metre open plan kitchen and living room with the island and breakfast bar providing a major feature of the kitchen.

“Because it is on the corner, it has three window bays, rather than two, with great views over St Paul’s Square.”.

Offered at a price of £490,000, the apartment complex also comes with gated, secure parking.

Assay Lofts is Elevate Property Group’s fourth development in The Jewellery Quarter and tenth in the city, attracting major interest since details of the project were first revealed in 2018.

The first property sold was the development’s flagship apartment, a penthouse with a price tag of £595,000, which was reserved before construction even began.
