Residential People has learned that the sale of land in Milton Keynes with planning permission for 60 homes has been put on the market by commercial property consultancy, Kirkby Diamond.
The 2.69-acre development site which is being sold on behalf of the landowner, is situated at Campbell Park, which was recently awarded Grade II status by Historic England.
Located next to the Grand Union Canal and close to all of the Central Milton Keynes amenities, the site is a short walk from the shopping centre, theatre district and the popular Xscape leisure complex.
The site itself has an affordable housing requirement of 30%, and permission for 60 new high-quality apartments, split between 40 one-bedroom apartments and 20 two-bedroom duplex apartments totalling 47,346 sq ft.
