Target render of Knights Quarter

Knights Quarter is located just a short walk from the nearby Winchester train station (which connects to London in one hour), as well as several shopping and restaurant options just a 10-minute walk away.

One of the most eye-catching local sights is the historic Winchester Cathereadal, which is also one of the largest cathedrals in Europe.

In addition to the idyllic surroundings and premier facilities on offer, Berkeley Homes has also taken great care with the interiors of the homes as well.

Enlisting the help of the London based award-winning architectural and interior design practice, Honky Interiors, Berkley Homes state that each apartment at Knights Quarter will feature ‘a contemporary layout’ that includes open plan kitchen/living/dining areas designed to ‘complement busy modern lifestyles’.

Interior – Designed by Honky Interiors

Speaking on their design choices, Giverny Simm, Senior Interior Designer at Honky Interiors, said: “Drawing inspiration from the historical beauty of Winchester and surrounding areas, we wanted to create a show home that is both luxurious and timeless, complimenting the cosmopolitan lifestyle within Knights Quarter’s historic environment.

“We have achieved this through the combination of deep blue velvets and gold accents throughout, creating a luxurious and inviting interior appealing to both downsizers, families and first-time buyers, as well as elevating the considered finishes of the apartment itself.”

Prices at Knights Quarter begin from £315,000.
