Work has been completed on a £3 million conversion of a former art school in the West Midlands.
Developers Urban Village Capital are behind the six-month redevelopment that has breathed new life into the Old Art School in Lichfield Road, Sutton Coldfield.
Constructed in the early 20th century, the Old ART School provides five two-bedroom and seven one-bedroom apartments over four floors.
Commenting on the transformative project, Urban Village Capital Executive Director Kevin Sharkey said: “The Old Art School really is a wonderful building, and we have retained as much of the original character as possible. It has been a real privilege to be able to bring life back to this historic building which was vacant for some time.
“The development is an exciting project which includes 12 luxurious apartments in a fantastic location, walking distance from the train station and town centre.”
