327-Apartment Manchester Tower Scheme Gets Green Light

Residential People has learned that a city-centre tower scheme involving commercial and residential property firm Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has been greenlit.

Set to be managed by LSH’s residential and mixed-use project management consultancy arm, Ikon, the scheme will deliver 327 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments for sale in the heart of Manchester.

Named Manchester Tower, the development will also provide further amenities such as a bar, gym, private lounge, meeting rooms and rooftop restaurant.

Commenting on the scheme, Mark Few, Head of Project Management at Ikon, said: “We are absolutely delighted to be retained to deliver this amazing scheme in the heart of Manchester. Having initially worked on the scheme between 2016 and 2018, it’s fantastic to now be helping the Featherfoot/ EGCC Group establish Manchester Tower as a key landmark in the Manchester skyline”.

Work is expected to start on the 35-storey building early next year and will form a key part of Manchester’s developing skyline. However, a completion date has not been publicly announced as of yet.
